Our Hiring Process

    • Submit your cv (2 page limit and highlight your achievements and what amazing things you can do)

    • Submit your portfolio, we love these so please do this (verify links prior to submission)

    • A cover letter with information regarding what role you are applying for.

    • The respective teams will review your cv and only people who qualify will get a message from the team.

    • The message may be that we need more information or a request to meet up with you.

    • There is a possibility that we will ask you to do an assignment.
      This is not paid for by us.

    • These are done remotely only.
      Dress casually.
      Please rest and relax and take a deep breath. We just want to get to know you better.
      The interview will last about 1 hour.

    • You will have an opportunity to talk about yourself, so if you want to show and tell, this will be your moment.

    • You will also have an opportunity to ask questions. As much as we are trying to get to know you, please ask questions to get to know the people you may be working with in the near future.

    • The interview questions are designed to get to know your skill set and as well we will ask you scenario based questions to see how you think.

    • The first interview will be done with the lead of the department and a few Sr people.

    • If you pass that, the 2nd interview will be done with the rest of the people in the same department.

    • If you pass that, the 3rd interview will be with HR and one of the studio co-founders.

  • Depending on the number of candidates we have to interview, the decision timeline can vary.
